Thanks for your interest in attending and covering the 2015 PRHFF.
Media Credential Requests
Credentials for the LUSCA Caribbean International Fantastic Film Festival & Puerto Rico Horror Film Festival will be granted to reporters and photographers who are ON ASSIGNMENT and covering the Festival in October events for legitimate publications, websites/blogs and/or radio and television stations. If you are a freelance journalist, you must be on assignment from a media outlet. Please note we do not provide credentials to broadcast on-air personalities unless there is a prior arranged broadcast scheduled on-site at the event.
• If you are a reporter or photographer assigned by a legitimate media outlet to cover the festival. Credentials will be issued to those on assignment only. Family members or guests will not be considered for credentials.
• Credentials will not be granted without name, contact information or job title.
• Only websites that are a product of a national network, national publication and/or blog can apply.
Credentials will be allotted on a case-by-case basis and are never guaranteed just because you requested them. LUSCA Caribbean International Fantastic Film Festival & Puerto Rico Horror Film Festival reserves the right to approve or deny accreditation. The decision is final and cannot be appealed.
You will be notified by email regarding the status of your application by early October. If your application is approved, we will send you specific details regarding your credential and the press offerings at the Festival. If you are traveling to the Festival from outside Puerto Rico and need to confirm your application status earlier in order to make travel plans please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All media credentials can be pick-up @ Festival’s Headquarters, located at the Cinemas. They will be available one day before the event until the fourth day after the festival’s opening.
All returning media should provide their previous PRHFF coverage.
If you attended a previous PRHFF as an accredited journalist, you must have submitted your coverage to be in good standing. Please note that it is your responsibility to confirm with PRHFF that your coverage was received.
If you have covered PRHFF in the past but recently changed media affiliation, accreditation is subject to PRHFF approval of the applicant's affiliation. Your past work as an accredited journalist will be taken into account upon assessment of your application.
